ReTREAT immersion
Our practical leadership retreat programmes deliver a true ‘out of office’ experience so you have a clear mind, greater creativity and learning capacity.
Evenings are maximised to give you time to work on either a group or individual project which builds on insights explored during the day.
Individual & Groups
No large groups to be lost in, we're dedicated to you personally getting results so we have no more than 15 participants.
Group case studies are utilised to consolidate learning and explore new thinking during the programme.
IMMEDIATE APPLICATION
Quality time is built into the programme where you work on yourself, your team and business. The time is structured with key outcomes and assistance from expert coaches.
You will leave with a clear 30, 60 and 90 day plan so you get immediate results.

During the intensive retreat you will have the opportunity to have 1-on-1 time with a coach to discuss your priorities and questions.
